The hotel was located just off the lake of Dax and a slope. The staff was excellent and lovely, as well as host. The room we booked was bright and reasonably spacious with a view. The location was excellent, in the middle of the city, convenient to go everywhere.

We loved that this hotel was pet friendly, allowing us to bring our little dog with us on our stay. the fact that there was a beautiful lake nearby for us to take our dog for walks was a huge bonus. the owner of the hotel was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area, which added to our overall experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a peaceful area but still easily accessible from the main road.

That the decor of the hotel was a bit tired and could use updating. the facilities in our studio, particularly the kitchen, were also well used and not quite up to our expectations.

The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and inviting environment. Additionally, as a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with comfortable seating areas and well-lit hallways. It was such a relief to find a place that caters to the needs of older guests like myself.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is a few more handrails in the hotel's corridors and staircases. Although the staff members were helpful and attentive, having additional handrails would have made it easier for us older folks to navigate the hotel and ensure our safety.
